EduSupplies Returns Policy

Need To Return An Item?

At EduSupplies, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that from time to time, items may need to be returned, and we’re committed to making the process as simple and fair as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged
  • All original packaging, labels, manuals and accessories are included
  • You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or tax invoice)

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at 1300 661 607 or edusupplies@edusupplies.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address details.

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where:

  • The product is faulty or has a major defect
  • It differs significantly from the description or sample shown
  • It is not fit for purpose

In such cases, EduSupplies will cover return shipping costs and ensure a timely resolution.

Please report faulty or damaged items within 7 days of delivery wherever possible.

Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or shelf-life reasons (e.g. consumables, chemicals, or personal protective equipment). These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase unless faulty or otherwise required by law.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at 1300 661 607 or edusupplies@edusupplies.com.au within 30 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via bank deposit to an account nominated by the customer.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
